  • Digital Wallet– Make secure purchases with a tap of your phone anywhere "tap-to-pay" is accepted. Your Apple™ Digital Wallet will store your First Bank Debit Card or Credit Card.
     
  • Apple Pay™

  • To add your First Bank Visa Debit Card to your iPhone, follow the steps below:

-Open Settings > Wallet and Apple Pay™
-Tap, Add Credit or Debit Card
-Scan the card or enter the details manually
-Enter the security code in the Card Details section
-Accept the Terms & Conditions, if you agree
-For Apple Pay™ support call 844-623-1513

  • Samsung Pay™

  • To add your First Bank Visa Debit Card to your Samsung phone, follow the steps below:

-From your home screen, Touch Apps then Samsung Pay™ (if App is needed, download the App from Google Play)
-Touch Add a Credit or Debit Card
-Align your card in the frame or enter your card information manually
-Enter remaining information and touch Next
-If requested, enter your billing address and touch Save
-Review Terms & Conditions, touch Agree to all if you agree
-You may be prompted to contact the call center
-Touch Done to complete the process. Verification can take 5-10 minutes; wait to complete before the card can be used.

To report a lost or stolen Debit or ATM card during business hours, contact your local branch office (select your local branch from the left-hand menu) or use our toll-free number, 1-877-848-5533. After business hours, call 1-800-236-2442 or use our automated In Touch Banker, 1-800-236-1655 option 7, to report your lost or stolen card.
